Our practice specializes in providing mental health support for expatriates, international professionals, and their families living in Germany. We understand the unique challenges of relocating to a new country and adapting to a different culture.

Led by Dr. Daniel Zeiß, our team of qualified psychiatrists and psychologists offers integrative psychotherapy that combines the best of evidence-based treatments with cultural sensitivity and understanding.

Whether you’re dealing with homesickness, workplace stress, relationship challenges, or more serious mental health concerns, we’re here to support you in English, in a culturally sensitive environment.

Specialized Psychotherapy for International Professionals

Living and working abroad presents unique psychological challenges that require specialized understanding and treatment approaches. Our practice recognizes that expatriates face distinct stressors including cultural adaptation, professional identity shifts, relationship changes, and the complex process of building a new life in an unfamiliar environment.

We provide comprehensive psychotherapy services specifically tailored for international professionals, combining evidence-based therapeutic methods with deep cultural sensitivity. Our English-speaking therapists understand the nuances of expatriate mental health, from managing homesickness and identity confusion to navigating workplace dynamics in a foreign culture. Whether you’re dealing with adjustment disorders, anxiety, depression, or relationship challenges, our integrative approach draws from cognitive-behavioral therapy, EMDR, schema therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy to address your specific needs.

Our flexible treatment model accommodates the demanding schedules of international professionals through both in-person sessions in Frankfurt and Hannover, as well as secure online therapy sessions available worldwide. We understand that mental health support shouldn’t be limited by geography, and our digital therapeutic services ensure continuity of care whether you’re traveling for business, relocating, or simply prefer the convenience of online sessions.
