Dr. Daniel Zeiß

On a Saturday in 1974 I was born as the oldest of 2 brothers in Göttingen.

I graduated from the Insel Gymnasium in Burg auf Fehmarn in 1994.

From 1996 to 2004 I studied Human Medicine at the Georg-August-University in Göttingen, Germany, Universidad de La Laguna in Tenerife, Spain and the University of Alabama at Birmingham in the United States (USA).

In 2004 I received the License to practice medicine.

This was followed by positions as an assistant physician at the University Medical Center in surgery and medical informatics.

The Doctorate in medicine took place in 2005 at the Georg-August University in Göttingen.

This was followed by a residency in internal medicine and occupational medicine.

In 2007 I received the additional designation Medical informatics.

In 2009 I was appointed Specialist in occupational medicine appointed and received the certificate Travel medical health advice.

Since 2010 I worked in the international insurance industry. First at the Hannover Re SE. Within the scope of this activity in the life sector as a Medical Consultant and later as a Senior Medical Consultant, I was able to work with my family in Florida in the USA for 2 years.

In the USA, I studied at eCornell University and graduated with the certificate of Plant-Based Nutrition ab. Through the challenge in my job and the integration in a new culture, my interest in the therapy of the psyche and soul was born and I began to participate in courses and training.

Back in Germany, I then worked at the E+S Reinsurance in property insurance.

In 2017, the medical association of Lower Saxony awarded me the additional designation Nutritional Medicine and I completed the training as certified Peak States therapists at the canadian Institute for the Study of Peak States successfully.

As of 2018, I moved from reinsurance to the primary insurance industry and worked as a department head at the South German Health Insurance.

Since year 2019 I took an activity as Occupational Health a large private clinic in southern Germany and began my German psychotherapy training.

For further training in psychotherapy, I was then drawn to a large psychiatric clinic in northern Germany where I completed the training as a Additional title psychotherapy successfully completed. 

From 2020 to 2021, I had myself trained as a Inner Unity Therapists train

Since February 2022 I have been medical psychotherapist and Occupational Health in private practice in Hanover.

The stations of recent years go hand in hand with research in the field of Trauma therapy, subcellular psychobiology and Psychoimmunology and the establishment of a Coaching and personal development Offer for the group and individual setting.

I speak the languages German, English and Spanish.
